All licenses are issued at the Montgomery Office by mailing in application. Selected licenses are also available at the local Probate Office.

COMMERCIAL FRESHWATER FISHING - must be a resident for 12 months to quality for resident license. Allows the use of commercial fishing gear by residents in the public waters of this state, for the purpose of taking non-game fish only.

NONGAME FRESHWATER FISH DEALER -Allows resident and non-resident to sell non-game freshwater fish taken from public waters, live or dead.
